Lifetime Warranty Policies

This is what they call... the fine print. Here we lay out exactly how our warranty works, and you'll find that it works quite well! Love Style warrants all of its Glass Dilettos against defects for life. Love Style also warrants all of its Glass Dilettos against damage or breakage of any kind for any reason what so ever, including, without limitation, negligence, foolishness, slippery fingers, deranged pets, angered mother-in-law, etc. If you damage or break your Love Style Glass Diletto in any way Love Style will replace it. The following terms and conditions apply: (this is 'the fine print')

1. Customers must register each of their Love Style Dilettos at the Love Style Website within 30 days of purchase to qualify for the warranty, or at the time of purchase if a Warranty Card was provided.
2. As part of registration customers are required to identify the style of Love Style Glass Diletto purchased along with place and date of purchase, and their resident state or province. Relevant personal information including name and email will be required as part of registration. We do not require your address at time of registration.
3. To make claim, customers will be required to:
   • Email Love Style service (service@LoveStyleGlass.com) and identify yourself by name and email address used for registration, identify the item damaged and the nature of the damage
   • Love Style will verify your prior warranty registration, then follow up by providing you with a Return Form by email so that we may gather your proper shipping address and identify the return with our own control number. Should Love Style staff require further information prior to processing the return, we will notify you immediately.
   • Ship the damaged Love Style Diletto to the address specified on the Warranty Return Form, and include the Return Form with the returned Diletto.
   • The original Love Style Glass Toy Storage Bag MUST be returned with the damaged toy to serve as proof of purchase. Warranty exchanges will NOT be honored without the return of the original Love Style Storage Bag.
4. Upon receipt of the warrantied Diletto, Love Style will replace with the exact same or comparable replacement and will ship the replacement to the return address, within North America only, identified by the customer on their Warranty Return Form.
5. A few limitations:
   • Love Style will only warrant the original purchase against damage for life. The replacement Diletto will not be covered under the Lifetime Warranty program for damage, only for workmanship.
   • If the toy is not returned with the Love Style Storage Bag bearing the Love Style logo, Love Style cannot honor the warranty.
   • Purchases before 2010 are not covered by the Lifetime Warranty
   • Love Style may refuse any warranty registration if it has reasonable grounds to believe that information was falsified or that the customer has attempted to register a Diletto that was NOT sold by Love Style or one of its retailers.
