Important Information for Online Customers

Yes, LoveStyle now sells direct to the public!  Select from any of our styles and pay NO SHIPPING regardless of the order size. If you are a retailer (store or online) please see our Retailer Information page for more information.

Payment: We accept Mastercard, VISA, and PayPal for online orders. Please note that charges will appear on your credit card statment as 'PAYPAL*JAPECDISTR' and are processed in US funds.  We use PayPal as our payment processor for credit cards and PayPal payments.  You DO NOT require a PayPal account.

Shipping - U.S.: We use USPS Priority for 2-3 day delivery to most places in the U.S.

Shipping Canada: We use Xpresspost or Expedited Parcel for 4-5 business days anywhere in Canada.

Customs, Duties, Taxes (US / Canada): Florida State sales tax of 7% applies to all orders shipped to a Florida address from our on behalf of our Tampa Warehouse.  Canadian orders shipped from our Ontario warehouse will be subject to HST / GST depending upon the province.  Orders are normally shipped from the ordering country and therefore no duties or customs fees apply.  IF we ship cross border for any reason, we address the customs and brokers fees so you don't have to.

Shipping International: All orders shipped USPS Priority International (which normally transfers to EMS).  From experience, most orders arrive within approximately 7 business days (as reported from Northern Russia, Australia, and beyond).  Orders may be subject to duties and local taxes.  Please check with your local regulations.  Customer is responsible for any such costs.

Packaging: Our packaging is very discrete all in plain brown boxes. The return address is marked as from 'JAPEC Distribution' so rest assured that nobody will have any clue what your package contains.  Taking a cue from other online retailers, LoveStyle is proud to use boxes made in large part from recycled materials, and we securely pack your purchase with biodegradable foam peanuts.  They are made from starch and can be easily flushed down the sink.

Returns: Our products are of a personal nature and as such we cannot accept returns.  If any package is returned for refusal or incorrect address, a shipping and handling charge of $15 will apply to reship the package.  If the goods are returned to stock, a restock charge of $50 or 30% (whichever is greater) will apply.  

Damaged Products:  In the highly unlikely event that any product arrives damaged, we will promptly replace it with no cost to you for shipping.  We only ask that you provide us with proof (by way of photo emailed to us) of the damage so that we can file for claim with the carrier service.
