Love Style Glass - Fair Market Policy

Love Style Glass has undertaken its Fair Market Policy, WITHOUT PREJUDICE, in an effort to preserve the value and integrity of our Brand to the benefit of all Vendors who sell our Products ("Love Style Glass Dilettos"). All Vendors of Love Style Products, no matter the source of supply, are subject to this Policy.  It is the responsibility of Vendors to understand our Fair Market Policy and keep apprised of changes that may occur from time to time.  

Bricks and Mortar Retail Sales

The MSRP pricing of Love Style Glass Dilettos is readily commanded in stores, especially with the sales knowledge that Love Style staff can impart on you and your staff.  However, Bricks and Mortar Retailers are free to set pricing within their physical stores, without interference from Love Style, at whatever levels they deem appropriate to accommodate local market conditions, periodic sales and promotions, clearances, etc.  Love Style does not monitor in-store pricing, but is readily available to provide suggestion and support as required by any vendor with regards to pricing strategy.

Online (Internet/Web) Sales

Love Style recognizes that the online sales market tends to be more aggressive with regards to pricing.  To this end, Love Style provides a Minimum Suggested MSRP to encourage Online Vendors to be more aggressive with their pricing, should they chose, without commoditizing the Products and removing reasonable margins for all Vendors. Minimum Suggested MSRP is set at precisely 25% below published MSRP for all CURRENT styles of Love Style Products.  Please see the Love Style Glass Web Site to verify MSRP and currently available styles at anytime. Please note that some online DISTRIBUTORS' published retail prices may already include the 25% discount.

While regulations in some jurisdictions prevent Love Style from forcing a Vendor to price in any particular manner, it remains always at Love Style’s discretion directly, and through agreement with our Distributors, to refuse to supply product to, and sever Vendor Agreements with, any Vendor who elects to ignore the minimum suggested MSRP on a regular basis.  This practice is in place for the benefit of all Vendors who carry our products and who enjoy strong margins in a market that has, especially recently, been eating itself alive.  We know that responsible Vendors appreciate our efforts in this regard.

CNV - Vendors who purchase on a Wholesale or Drop Ship basis through CNV or its various internet properties or affiliates (including SexToyClub.com) should be aware that 'Retail' prices shown on CNV properties are already discounted 25% to match the Minimum Suggested MSRP for Love Style Products.  Any pricing by Vendors below CNV's listed MSRP is a violation of this Policy.  Vendors should also be aware that Love Style directly fulfills all orders passed through CNV and will REFUSE fulfillment if the Vendor is found to be in continued violation of this Policy.

Monitoring / Notice - Love Style will provide notice by email to the most predominent email contact available for any online Vendor that appears to be in violation of the Fair Market Policy, and will allow the Vendor 2 business days to remedy.  If a Vendor does not comply after Notice, Love Style may move to restrict or entirely cease supply of Love Style Products, including Drop Ship Fulfillment, to that Vendor and it's customers.  Vendors are encouraged to report violations of this Policy by any other Vendors directly to: fmp@LoveStyleGlass.com  We recognize that in most cases violations occur because Vendors are not initially aware of the Fair Market Policy. Reporting violations to Love Style allows us to communicate with these Vendors so that they can become a part of the solution. 

Failure to support this Policy is the choice of individual Vendors and Love Style cannot force Vendors to comply. However, such Vendors will be subject to certain restrictions by Love Style, at Love Style's sole discretion as noted herein, including the refusal of Love Style to supply, directly or indirectly, any Love Style Products to the Vendors or its customers.

To all the Vendors who have commented on, and who support this Policy, we thank and respect you, as do your fellow Vendors in the marketplace.  This Policy is in place for the benefit of all and serves to protect the integrity and value of the Love Style Brand.
