Borosilicate is an ISO specific grade of glass that is 8-10 times stronger than regular glass. It is truely non-porous (regular glass is actually porous and can pit. Borosilicate is also chemical resistant, and highly resitant to heat and cold. It is meant for medical use, including intimate use. Love Style uses ONLY ISO certified Borosilicate glass for all our Dilettos. Note: Pyrex, a trade name of Corning can be Borosilicate Glass although sometimes 'Pyrex' is also a label found on much weaker tempered glass. So be sure that any Glass toys you have are Borosilicate as the Pyrex label can be misleading.

Absolutely! They are very strong, very easy to keep clean, have no seam, and will outlast, outperform, and outsatisfy any other form of Dildo you can find. Love Style's Dilettos are, in fact, considered the safest toys you can enjoy.

Never, never, never! There are many 'glass' products out there that are no more than an outer glass shell with liquid or gel inside. Some claim this is done for extra sensation, pleasure, etc. But the fact is that these can be machine made (rather than handmade like good quality Love Style Dilettos and as such are much cheaper to produce. You do NOT want to buy low quality glass products.

Consider these items novelty only and they should NEVER go inside the human body... ever. In order to put a vibrator or lights inside a glass toy it either needs to be hollow, or needs to have been cored by machine. Hollow is entirely unsafe, and cored means that the piece has been structurally compromised and can break. Such toys we consider damaged before they have ever been used.

Absolutely. While the Glass we use is meant to deal with extreme temperatures, there are still a few guidelines to follow:

- Warm your Glass Dilettos with warm or hot water. Do not microwave or put your Dilettos in an oven, barbeque, use a blow torch, or anything nasty like that. Be gentle, and remember that the person who might enjoy the warm does not want any nasty surprises.

- Cool your Glass Dilettos with cool or cold water. Do not freeze it or stick it in the snow. Frozen glass tends to get stuck in places undesirable and, at temperatures below freezing, can actually harm you! Again, be gentle and reasonable.

- Do not subject your Glass Dilettos to changing extremes. For instance, do not heat it up then plunge it into icewater. Our Dilettos can handle such extremes, but any glass does have its limits.

Under normal use and with proper care, no, your Glass Dilettos is not going to break. Most pieces can actually withstand a fair bit of bumping, dropping, tossing without any problem. But it IS Glass. So if you drop it on a hard surface, then it still can break. If you ever damage your piece, by any cause, Love Style will replace it FREE under our Lifetime Warranty.

This is another area where our Dilettos leave all other toys in the dust. Because they are not porous they are easy to clean and are hypoallergenic, totally safe for people with allergies or sensitivies to just about anything. They are, in fact, recommended by doctors for just this reason.

Yes. Any of our Dilettos with color have that color embedded right into the glass, not at the surface. You should definitely avoid any glass toys that have color that is painted or glazed onto the surface as many of the hypoallergenic properties are sacrificed. All of our toys are completely safe in this regard.

With the non-porous quality of our Dilettos, any sex lubricant will do as nothing will be absorbed by the piece. In fact you will find that you typically require less lubricant than you might use with other toys, and often you'll need none at all.

Caring for your Love Style Dilettos is very easy. If you take proper care of your collection, they can last a lifetime. Here are a few suggestions for cleaning and caring for your Glass Dilettos.

- You can clean using any toy cleaner according to the cleaner's directions.

- You can clean using antibacterial hand soap or dish soap (this is probably the best way. Just be sure to rinse the toy well with warm water after washing.

- Your Glass is dishwasher safe, so feel free to run it through! Again, a good rinse with warm water will make sure that no soap or other residue is left behind.

- If you've not used your toy in awhile, be sure to rinse it off with warm water before use (just to be sure it's still clean.

- When not in use, ALWAYS store your Glass Dilettos in the provided pouch to prevent your collection from colliding. Bumping glass against glass can cause small marks in the surface, or in a really bad collision, cause your Glass art to break (and we don't want that. Alternatively, feel free to leave your pieces out on your bedside table, dresser, or even the mantle over your fireplace (you think we're kidding?! Some pieces are so amazing that they are as beautiful as art as they are as a toy!.
